Solid Stay Near Landmarks
helpful staff close proximity
The front desk staff was very helpful. The location is close to many tourist spots. Breakfast was GREAT!!! It was definitely worth the price I paid. I liked the close proximity to the queen's birthday celebration.
The hotel is a bit dated, I noticed. The beds are very hard.

spacious rooms fast wifi prime location
The rooms were noticeably spacious. The WiFi worked quickly. The location near the King's Palace made it easy to explore. I appreciated the monumental building with its big lobby and rooms.
The street outside was busy and noisy, with many homeless people.

dirty carpet dirty lift
The location was ACCEPTABLE near tourist spots.
The cleanliness was SUBSTANDARD. Carpets in the room were dirty, so I had to wear flip-flops at all times. I found the lifts and walls dirty as WELL.

the location was central to many attractions.
The rooms were not as good as the photos suggested. the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. They seemed annoyed when i asked questions. the general condition of the hotel felt old and run-down. It really needed some upgrades. the carpets in the room were visibly dirty, and i always wore flip-flops.

the hotel's proximity to key attractions is certainly advantageous. i walked to the grand palace within minutes. the availability of boutique shops nearby added convenience to my stay.
the decor in some areas appears somewhat dated.
